XL series 4-spindle NC drilling and routing machine is one if hi-tech NC products and is one of equipment dedicated for the hole drilling of PCBs and routing of their profiles. ¡¤ Main Features

XL serial machine control software is designed and developed by our company for the drilling and routing purpose. It is designed with the integration of successful experiences over years' development and the windows operation system, featuring Chinese XP operating interface with powerful function and easy operation. This kind of software can automatically recognize Excellon drilling/routing file format and Gbber, Dxf, Plt format typically employed by PCB industry, and can also store 200 tools different in diameter with drilling capacity of 600,000 holes, and has the function of real-time display of processing hole. It can memorize the displacement of original point, optimize the sequence of file data and delete repeated holes. While other functions include the mirroring, rotation and tools merger for the processing boards, as well as functions of dada treatment if hole positions such as copy, move, deletion and zoom of pictures,
